Fundraiser to donate an M8 device to the Slaný Hospital

The successful results in using MLS® Laser Therapy achieved by the COVID Unit of the Kolin hospital (Bohemia) paved the way for its use in other hospitals as well. As certified by the Bohemian doctors’ experience, MLS® proved its value in treating the consequences of interstitial pneumonia caused by COVID-19 as part of the patients’ rehabilitation path, providing significant improvement to some basic parameters, such as, among others, respiratory indexes, radiological results and oxygen demand.

On the strength of this validation, a group of successful Czech musicians and actors got together to organise a fundraiser for purchasing an M8 device, a robotic device from the MLS® family. The charity event, which included, among others, rocker David Koller, singer Pokáč, violinist Jaroslav Svěcený and the famous actor Karel Roden, was directed by Gabriela Falcová and Milan Hein – directors of the Ungelt Theatre in Prague and of the HogoFogo theatre in central Bohemia – who stated:

“This concert is a tangible way to thank the doctors of the Slaný Hospital who throughout the past months fought every day for the health and life of hundreds of people affected by COVID-19”.
