Malaysia: MLS® at the 2016 ACPT Congress

19 October 2016 - Trade fairs & Congresses -

The important congress of the Asian Confederation for Physical Therapy went on stage at the Berjaya Times Square Hotel, located in Kuala Lumpur, the biggest city in Malaysia, on 7th and 8th October. The well-known event this year was attended by 695 doctors and specialists, not only from the Asian country, but also from the Middle East and from other countries such as Japan and South Korea, who were interested in obtaining information concerning the latest sector news and in sharing their knowledge.
Maycare, the new ASAlaser local partner, could not miss the opportunity to demonstrate MLS® Laser Therapy and Hilterapia® to the Asian market and its success was remarkable: ASAlaser therapies were also appreciated by the Deputy Minister for Health, Dr Hilmi Bin Haji Yahaya who visited our dealer’s stand first.
“During the two-day event – reported Area Manager Giacomo Granozio- we registered considerable interest towards MLS® applications for treating skin pathologies such as wounds, ulcers, including diabetic ones, and pressure ulcers.”
The event was also a great occasion to meet some doctors from the Bumrungrad International Hospital in Bangkok who use the Mphi 5 laser.
