ASA 2021 final balance

25 January 2022 - Corporate -

Record-breaking results for ASA’s 2021, heading toward a 2022 that holds new challenges.

The numbers and awards underline the value of the company’s performance:

  • € 13 million in turnover (+20% compared to the record year 2018);
  • a significant increase of the number of devices produced and distributed around the world both in the human and veterinary fields;
  • a calendar full of training activities carried out remotely (over 70) and in person (43 courses);
  • international recognition for its M-VET device, selected in the ADI Design Index 2021.

One of the driving factors behind the restart was the ‘ASA Lean’ project, which led the company to implement a One-Piece-Flow system in the assembly and testing phases of its laser therapy devices.

‘It has been a very intense year, which owes many of its results to our 54 collaborators and to the support of the El.En. Group, which we joined in 2003. With them we share not only the “numbers” of this season, but most importantly the vision and priorities, starting from the attention to quality and sustainability. From these foundations we build the next projects, increasingly oriented toward internationalization with a virtuous approach in terms of sustainable governance,’ explained Roberto Marchesini, ASA’s General Manager.
