In the last years, in his hands have passed some of the most popular MotoGP riders sure to be able to count on his experience to get back on track in top physical condition after an injury or the aggravation of a muscular problem. Tendinitis, sprains, but also lumbago, cervical and cervical brachialgia and problems of various kinds involving wrist, elbow and shoulder are routine for Paolo Castelli, physiotherapist from Ravenna (Italy) for long time part of Clinica Mobile’ s staff. To treat the diseases that most commonly affect athletes of two wheels with efficiency and speed, Castelli for the World Cup 2014-15 has chosen ASAlaser therapies already experienced during the previous seasons. After the experience with Dr. Costa in Clinica Mobile, for the new season, the physiotherapist runs alone, minding the reigning World Champion Marc Marquez. R. Clinica Mobile has been an important chapter of my professional history: at the side of Dr. Costa I was able to perfect my skills, develop some others and learn the latest innovations about instrumental therapy. I think for example to Hilterapia® which I’ve used in my practice with great frequency. Aided by the passing of the baton within the “Ospedale viaggiante”, I’ve decided to "stand alone", making myself available for some athletes met during these years. First of all I follow Marc Marquez for this season.
D. As traveling companion you have chosen MLS® of ASAlaser. How have you gained this decision?
R. In the last 8 years in Clinica Mobile I’ve had the opportunity to deepen operatively ASAlaser therapies, verifying their effectiveness, simplicity of use and speed of the results obtained in treating many problems. When I had to choose an instrumental therapy that would help me if necessary in my new professional adventure, I’ve instinctively thought to ASA. R. I remember well when I “met it”: after the training done by ASAlaser staff I was so intrigued to test it on myself to treat an aching wrist. R. Sure. I think MLS® is appropriate to treat all those issues that constellate a motorcycle season. I refer, in particular, to the pathologies of the shoulder, wrist, knee or spine with which the riders, thanks to the posture that they have during workouts such as the race, have to contend.

R. I’ve tested immediately MLS® with Marc’s injury on the right ankle. Seven sessions spread over 4 days have been sufficient to allow him to recover his better physical condition and get on track. Thanks to the good reduction of pain the reigning champion has been able to compete on equal terms with the others top riders.
D. Positive results for a challenging "first time"…
R. There is no doubt that the injury was quite serious: Marquez incredible recovery times joined to MLS® Laser Therapy have, however, allowed to return to being competitive.
D. What is the added value of MLS® on the basis of these early experiences?
R. Just in treating Marc I’ve checked not only the device practicality, the simplicity in using protocols already available and the comfort of application, but also the speed of the results that may be obtained. A feature that characterizes also Hilterapia®.

R. My experience leads me to confirm it. Who plays sports at professional level must rely on "aid" that allow quickly the recovery to take on the competition. Hilterapia® and MLS® have also this issue.
