04 September 2018 - Trade fairs & Congresses -

The Asian Games in Jakarta Palembang (Indonesia) opened on 18th August and closed on 2nd September. These games have been rallying together Asian sportspeople taking part in 58 different sports every 4 years since 1951, in order to compete for medals and glory.

Top spot is taken by China with a total of 289 medals, including 132 gold ones, whose athletics team can count on the support of TED Healthcare, ASAlaser’s local partner, which made available MLS® Laser Therapy and Hilterapia® to the professional athletes.

ASAlaser & sports: an increasingly close link

Thanks to the contribution of some physiotherapists – explains Giacomo Granozio, the ASAlaser Area Manager – Chinese athletes are treated with our therapies which provide a valid support both before and after competitions, contributing to their performance”.

A valuable performance, looking at the medal standings, where the Chinese lead the Asian Games.

We can only be proud to stand by their side – concludes Granozio – and thank our partner who signed an important cooperation agreement with the CAA, Chinese Athletics Association. A further confirmation that the link between our therapeutic solutions and sports is increasingly tight”.
