Hilterapia®: a speech by Dr Petr Šifta at Rehabmed in Bangkok

Dr Petr Šifta, professor at the Charles University of Prague and a user of the Hiro 3.0 system for several years, was the protagonist of a speech dedicated to his personal experience with Hilterapia^® during one of the most important international events in Thailand in the rehabilitation and physical therapy sector, organised by the Royal College of Physiatrists of Thailand from 9^th to 11^th December at the Hotel Golden Tulip in Bangkok. Dr Šifta’s report, "Laser therapy for Pain Management", was the only one included in the rich scientific program, together with the afternoon practical session concerning treatment of the main diseases of the musculoskeletal system, which talked about laser therapy. 21 people were initially enrolled in the workshop, but at the end of his speech there were as many as 57, from new graduates to long-time Hilterapia^® customers, a fact that demonstrated the participants’ actual involvement, many of whom obviously preferred to attend the speech on our therapy rather than other ones listed in the program. In the afternoon, during the practical session, Dr Šifta treated patients with lower back pain, ankle sprains and shoulder pain: two of the three were young athletes from the Thai national team of artistic gymnastics who afterwards said their pain had decreased by 60%. The professor from the Prague Charles University said he was honoured to have had the opportunity to speak of the excellent results he obtains every day with Hilterapia^® and that he was pleasantly impressed by the continuous interaction with doctors.
