The work presented by Dr. Monica Monici, person in charge of ASA Campus, at the SPIE Conference in Strasbourg last April, has recently been published and it will be soon available in its book version.

"Irradiation by pulsed Nd:YAG laser induces the production of extracellular matrix molecules by cells of the connective tissues: a tool for tissue repair " by Monici & others, has been published on «SPIE digital library as a part of the Biophotonics: Photonic Solutions for Better Health Care conference proceedings»: SPIE Document number: 6991 — 95.

The work describes the results of a research recently conducted by ASA Campus and presented at the Strasbourg Conference in April 2008.
The results of this study can contribute to explain, on a molecular and cellular level, the therapeutic effects obtained through the clinical application of pulsed HILT® Nd:YAG in order to treat pain diseases of the muscular - skeletal system.
