ASAlaser relies on technology even for the training. Thanks to the new videoconferencing system Vidyo, Lucio Zaghetto (ASAlaser CEO) attended on February 13 the "MED New Hire Training" in Chicago, organized by ASA dealer Cutting Edge, with a dual focus on MLS® Laser Therapy. The tool has allowed to ASA’s staff to reduce the distance with the participants in the meeting held at the Marriott Suites O'Hare Rosemont, interacting with their requests and questions. After a first part dedicated to the theory (limits of traditional Laser therapy, basis of MLS® Laser Therapy, its application modality and goals), the training has continued with a section focused on protocols treatment. Particular attention has been reserved to pain management, edema and hematoma, arthritis and wound care. «Between ASAlaser and technology exists a one-to-one relationship - says Zaghetto - that, in more than 30 years of activity, has been represented, above all, by the creation of high-tech devices. Today it becomes an added value also for our training: thanks to this system we are able to hold training days also overseas without any problems of visual and audio quality».
The decision to use a reliable videoconferencing system is not coincidental as explains Matteo Da Soghe, ICT Manager in ASAlaser: «We needed a tool able to quickly and effectively connect the company with the world. We found the solution in this innovative system of communication, which can be installed on each device, ensuring the highest quality of image and sound». Not secondary, finally, is the possibility to use two simultaneous video channels that allow the contemporary vision of two image. «While the first camera films, for example, a member of our staff during his explanation - concludes Da Soghe - the other one can show media content, capture the display of the device or the patient during the treatment in case of a hands-on training. A more functional system for the daily needs of the company: training, remote device installation as well as taking part as speakers at international meetings or organizing conferences».
