London: two days of dentistry for MLS®

10 July 2015 - Trade fairs & Congresses -

Indent System Ltd, the ASAlaser partner for dentistry in the UK, was the protagonist in London at the annual Conference organised by the renowned BSSCMD “British Society for the Study of Craniomandibular Disorders”, held on 6th July in the splendid and prestigious building that hosts the RAC Country Club, located in the old town centre. The stand received many visitors who were extremely interested in the MLS® Laser therapy system for the dental sector and a therapy device for pain management placed on display by our local dealer. The intervention of Dr. Steven Olmos, the American proof of therapy applications in TMD/TMJ, at the event was extremely significant. In his speech he expanded on various topics, among which the problems of sleep apnoea, connections with the dental world in particular with TMD/TMJ disorders, and the therapy solutions used that refer to his “TMJ & Sleep Therapy Center” model that is confirmed as a therapy system with international recognition to all effects.

The second important event at London for ASAlaser was the inauguration ceremony of two new multidisciplinary realities linked to the problems of sleeping, “The London Sleep Center” and “TMJ and Sleep Therapy Center” at the “The Royal Society of Medicine” in London. Forty doctors took part in the event and visited the display area where our dealer, Indent System Ltd, was present with MLS® Laser Therapy for the dental sector. Dr. Steve Olmos again took part: the American TMJ expert, who is also our reference doctor for TMD/TMJ MLS® Laser therapy applications in the USA, held a seminar entitled “Chronic Pain, Sleep Apnoea and TMJ Disorders - Recent Advances” where, in addition to returning to the concepts expressed the day before at the RAC Country Club, he also presented the two clinical realities as the new official representatives of the international "TMJ & Sleep Therapy Center" model. The emphasis given to MLS® Laser Therapy solutions for TMJ & Sleep applications for treating pain, in addition to their anti-inflammatory and relaxing effects, was substantial.

«The medical staff at the new centre, whose therapy is supported by Dr. Karina Patel, a Dentist with special interest in Craniofacial pain and sleep disordered breathing, - said Roberto Terruzzi, Area Manager - were extremely interested in our innovative therapy solutions».
