Czech Republic: Hilterapia® is among the protagonists of the Symposium of Sports Medicine

The prestigious Golf & Spa Kunětická Hora location of Dříteč, where the surgical sports centre of MD Jiří Neumann is located, hosted the fourth edition of the Symposium of Sports Medicine organised by the Czech Olympic Committee and by the medical team of the Czech Olympic team, from 14^th to 16^th April. The event, held just a few months before the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, was aimed at doctors and specialists interested in learning about the latest products, technologies and therapies concerning issues related to the rehabilitation and treatment of the main problems which affect athletes. Kardio-Line, the local ASAlaser distributor, could not miss this excellent showcase with workshops and scientific conferences in order to present its stand exhibiting the SH1 device for Hilterapia^® and the Mphi 5 device for MLS^® Laser Therapy. Among the various conferences held by many international speakers and moderated by Dr Jana Martinkova, a specialist physician in physical medicine, rehabilitation and orthopaedic surgery as well as a user of ASAlaser solutions and a member of the medical team for the Olympic national team, the report by MD Jan Buzek stood out. During his speech entitled "Hilterapia^®: a new approach for the treatment of pain", the doctor, who uses the SH1 device, presented the results of 36 patients treated with the Hiro 3.0 system at the Rehabilitation centre Kladruby, located in the same-name town of Central Bohemia.
In parallel to the scientific program, six practical sessions were carried out which attracted the participants to the symposium, treating common diseases in sports, from plantar fasciitis to oedema, from ankle sprains to jumper's knee. With the help of Dr Busek, actual cases were all successfully treated with SH1.
