The modulation of the therapeutic effect
The MLS synchronization produces the synergy of the biostimulating effects. The biologic and therapeutic effect of the synchronized emission, infact, was shown – in studies in vitro, in vivo and on patients, to be more effective than the sum of the single emissions ones.
In other words, the MLS synchronization allows achieving a sophisticated and complex light pulse, capable of transferring the light energy to cells and tissues of the targeted anatomical structure with a greater effectiveness than the traditional Laser emissions
The MLS therapy control system, moreover, is so advanced that allows to decide how each component emission will contribute to the final pulse. It is possible, therefore, to create personalized treatments, where a more analgesic or anti-inflammatory or anti-oedema effect can be magnified, according to the nature of the disorders and to their evolution.
Moreover, the knowledge about the muscle anatomy, the trigger points localizations and the position of the nociceptors inside the anatomical structures, permitted to define the Target Area as the optimal treatment area to activate at the same time the greatest number of receptors. In this way, great volumes of tissue can be activated, and the therapeutic effect is achieved rapidly and with extremely satisfying results
The possibility of tailoring the kind of emission and of delivering treatment on optimized area make the use of the MLS pulse a real therapy among the device-based therapies: the MLS therapy.

Synchronized MLS pulse |
As shown in the figures, only synchronized MLS pulse permits to cover omogeneously a wide area (Target Area) thus activating at an instant and at the same time all its photoreceptors, while the laser pulse, even though combined, irradiates a small tissue area.
